With loads of tablets due out this year running the NVidia Tegra and Android twosome, companies are going to have to do something to make their offerings stand out. From what I see in the image above, I’d say Aigo has a good idea how to do that.

Their 7-inch tablet is wrapped in an attractive red, black, and brass-tone (hard to tell from the image…could also be brushed aluminum?) side accents. The unit sports an ARM Cortex-A9 processor at 1GHz, 512MB RAM, and 4-32GB of internal storage. It also features an HDMI port, Micro-SD reader, USB ports, accelerometer, ambient light sensor, and a 3120mAh battery.

According to a tip Engadget received, the Aigo could be the Compal NAZ-10 in sexier clothes.

..and by “hot,” I’m referring to looks. Though I suppose if you’re watching tons of 1080P video with this thing in your lap it could get a little uncomfortable..

  1. If that is indeed brass colored on the sides they’d be fools not to market this as Iron Man’s tablet. 😀 Certainly does have the color scheme.

  2. What does a guy have to do to actually get his hands on one of these?
