The device isn't even attractive or cool like an Apple product. <br><br>I've seen this model before too, it usually sold to school libraries and other institutions taht want to do without any IT staff at all. The school just buys the equipment and teh service contact at thats it, the facility just wipes its hands of any trouble shooting. Such systems are expensive and turn key, but I'm not sure its a good deal for a house hold.
