14Ever since MSI introduced its X-Slim thin and light Atom-powered laptops to the world in January and watched as the press compared it to the sleek MacBook Air, companies have been falling over themselves to launch similar thin, light, and underpowered laptops. The latest is the Airis Praxis Slim.
The laptop features a 12 inch, 1366 x 768 pixel display, 1GB of RAM, and a 160GB hard drive. it has a 1.6GHz Intel Atom N270 CPU, 2 USB ports, WiFi, and an HDMI port. Either that HDMI port means that this laptop is going to ship with NVIDIA ION graphics or Airis is just throwing it in to make the computer look more appealing, because your typical Intel Atom processor with GMA 950 graphics can’t handle 1080p video output.
