Suzuki may be a name that’s associated with cars and motorycles. But the Suzuki Neutron 701 MNI netbook doesn’t appear to have any wheels at all (uless you cound the circular logo on the lid).
What the netbook does have is a 7.1 inch touchscreen display that can be folded down over the keyboard for use in tablet mode. It’s not clear from the product listing what the display resolution is. The netbook a 1.33GHz Intel Atom Z520 CPU, supports up to 4GB of RAM, and sports 3 USB ports, a VGa port, 5-in-1 card reader, ExpressCard slot, 802.11b/g WiFi, and Bluetooth 2.1. It also has a 1.3MP webcam, and a 56K modem, which is rather unusual in a netbook.
The whole package measures 9″ x 6.7″ x 1.2″ and weighs 2 pounds with a 4 cell battery
update: It looks like this may be a rebadged Clevo TN70M, although it looks like Suzuki may have taken some liberties with the specs. The TN70M maxes out at 1GB of RAM. It does come with an optional 1.86GHz Atom Z540 CPU though.
thanks Cakkes!
