The Acer Aspire 1410 (also known as the Acer Aspire Timeline 1810T in some parts of the globe) is the first 11.6 inch laptop from Acer with an Intel CULV processor. As such, the laptop should have a bit more processing power (and use a bit more energy) than the company’s Aspire One-series netbooks.
The Aspire 1410 has been on sale in Europe for a few days now, and now it looks like you can pick one up in the US as well. Amazon is taking pre-orders for the laptop in black, blue, and red for $449. And Cost Central claims to have some in stock for $460.33.
The laptop sports a 1.4GHz Intel CULV Core 2 Solo SU3500 CPU, integrated GMA4500HD graphics, 2GB of RAM and a 250GB hadd drive. It has an 11.6 inch, 1366 x 768 pixel display, 6 cell, 4400mAh battery, and 802.11b/g/n WiFi. And it has an HDMI output.
