At first glance, the F88 netbook looks an awful lot like the Asus Eee PC 1002HA. But while the Asus netbook packs an Intel Atom processor, the F88 sports a 1.6GHz VIA Nano CPU with VX855 chipset. It also has an HDMI output for pumping HD video to an eternal display.
The netbook also includes VIA S3 Chrome 9 graphics. the F88 appears to be an ODM machine which will likely be repackaged with a different name. It supports between 1GB and 4GB of RAM, and can ship with a hard drive between 60GB and 500GB. The standard configuration includes 802.11b/g/n Wifi, a 1.3MP webcam, and optional Bluetooth and 3G modules. TV tuners, and higher resolution camera options are also available.
