How do you get incoming material to fit the Mini Inspiron screen. I'm a writer, need to have the Adobe sofware running, and I can't scroll down far enough to punch the "Accept" button. For al practical purposes my new Dell is useless since I can't get at things on the screen that I need to access?
How do I adjust the size of the whole screen, not just icons or fonts?
P.ease. Thanks.

Apparently, an upgrade to 2GB RAM, or at least an initial purchase of a unit with 2GB is among the things promised on the Dell site to be available in the future.

As I understand it, the Poulsbo chipset, which is used with the Atom Z series processors, originally supported only one GB of RAM, probably because this combination was intended to be used with the smaller MIDs rather than netbooks. Then in Dec 08, Intel changed the Poulsbo spec to support 2GB RAM. The delay in releasing units with 2GB might have something to do with the supply of new Poulsbo chipsets.

If anyone has more complete or accurate information, I hope they'll chime in.

If the service manual is any indication, RAM and the CPU are located on a replaceable daughterboard. However, based on the pictures in the manual, the RAM is soldered to the daughterboard; it appears as there is very little clearance around the part of the Mini 10 interior (there appears to be a shield mounted over the daughterboard) and I'm guessing that the upgrade will have to come from Dell.
