I just got off the phone with them a little over an hour ago. SuSE is definitely an option and will save you $50 if you don't want the Windows-Tax. Also the HD option will be delayed at least a month (a big game changer for me since that and the Atom proc are the big draw in my book).

I've handled the 2133 and it's the most solid netbook I've seen thus far. MacBook Pro solid. It's styling is very reminiscent of the last gen MBPs and the new one's cover-down/monitors.

I really wanted to get my hands on one of these asap for both an Edubuntu eval and to try my hand at Hackintoshing one. It's got the guts... and could really make for a solid alternative to the MBAir (even if it's a bit of a EULA stretch).

Can't wait.

All displays seem to be 1024×768 because theyre called LED SD meaning Standard Definition while the HD versions will come in march or so

So for $60 less you can have a Samsung NC10, and that $60 more buys you an Aluminium case?

That's only worth it if they throw in 'elocution' classes so I can say Alu-mini -um in the British manner.

If anyone in Canada is interested, Hp.ca has heavily discounted the 2133. $250CDN for 4GB ssd. And there are 6-cell options for HD versions (scroll to the right).
