Hi Marie, I wonder beside internet surfing, can the S10 works well on photo editing software such as photoshop or lightroom? or the processor just can operate on simple application?

it so sad lenovo is not up to trend of the us market with these netbooks…with a 3 cell only makes a consumer like me to buy other netbooks with 6 cell like the samsung nc10.

I have been waiting patiently for this S10 to get the stupid 6-cell battery. Germany's price is pretty reasonable for Americans (considering what an S10 high capacity costs with a 3-cell), not that I'd import. I'll have to wait till Christmas for mine.

I like Lenovo a lot, but a 6-cell battery is the least I'll consider in a netbook.

Well, at least it doesn't stick exclusivelly from the bottom; also from the back (not quite as good as in Thinkpads with enlarged batteries, but almost…). And it seems that 9cell (or bigger…) batteries also have place to grow from the back (not bottom), thanks to screen hinge placement…

But still…no trackpoint, absolutelly nothing that isn't already available in other netbooks.
