50$ is a ripoff.

Go look around for skins and you will find amazing ones for 20-25$ and some you can add your own logo for 5 bucks more..
I even saw some at 12-15$ that only have the cover not the inside.

Maybe you could add this info to this site all the places that sell netbooks skins.
The choices are still small on many of them whch usuallt carry just the EEE but I think you can just measure and find one that fits.

50$ is nuts.

I've been waiting for Dell to offer the Mini in pink! Alas, it's kind of a crappy, beigey pink – doesn't look “pretty” to me at all. Maybe I'll hold out to see if the Eee PC S101 comes out in sparkly pink at some point. Hey, a girl can hope…

Actually, looking around I couldn't find an 8GB version anywhere. Looks like they've phased that out…?

I think the new colors and art are great ideas! Don't care if they cost money. Those who don't want this can still pay the same price for the black or white.
