Comments on: Windows XP drivers for Acer Aspire One

I have done all that and everything works EXCEPT for being able to pick up Wi-Fi on the wireless LAN. It seems the wireless switch on the front of the case needs a driver.. it blinks, but does not stay on. No problem usings a direct cable to my broadband hub.

My wireless driver is the atheros one, it it seems to have loaded ok.

Can someone help? I have an Acer laptop and cannot download a Shockwave Flash Object player to save my life and I need to use a cd rom that I have copied onto my flashdrive and it won't show some of the content. Which are shockwave flash objects. (

if you search for “multiboot 10″ on google then you find a link to a site called the cd forum go there and download a file calleed multiboot 10.zip and extract it to your desktop if need help form there then go to youtube and type how to install windows xp on an acer aspire one from a usb and find a video of an english guy who explains the whole process very good my netbook now runs on windows xp and I couldnt be happier

Use a program called wintoflash and u can install xp from an usb.

i have an acer aspire one 150 netbook i downloaded xp pro sp3 to it and i could install all my other drivers besides the realtek one that i downloaded would say successfully installed but still no sound (had xp home on it when it was bought)

x si acaso te ataca un virus de esos buenos, te recomiento en la Acer Aspire One que no formatee todo el disco, conserva la partición especial, ya que ahí se almacena toda la información de drivers que se necesitan para que funcione perfectamente.
