Windows always likes to be installed on the first disk. So if you want to
install Windows XP (or even Vista) to the first disk and a Linux distro on
the second disk, you should be OK.

But if the Eee PC 901 uses the same SSD modules as the Eee PC 900, then
those second disks may not be as fast as the primary disk, making them less
than optimal for dual boot systems.
